Where can I have my car picked up and dropped off?
Anywhere in Downtown LA. This can include at your home, office or at the garage you're parking your car at directly.
When can I schedule a service?
After purchasing your package a support agent will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule service. Pick up and drop off hours are Monday - Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
How long do service packages take?
The majority of service packages are completed the same day they are scheduled. At times it may take up to 24 hours.
Do you provide other maintenance & repair services?
Yes. We work with a network of certified repair centers to provide a variety of additional services such as body & paint repair, lease return preparation, engine & transmission work, electronics, and more. Please contact us at carcare@advancedvaletservicesla.com for more information.
